Brief thought

Just this time, just in this very moment, just for this unusual occasion,

take a second, look around you, feel the air that, in spite of it does not belong to you,

it gives you part of the essence you presume daily as yours

and be aware you are not the only one trying to get at work, home, school... to be alive

Something is happening rigth now while you are reading this and your neigbor is dealing with his/her life

In any place around the world someone is wondering what he/she could have done better instead of

ignoring or misunderstanding that there was an opportunity to be different already gone 

We are always looking forward to receiving the second chance to heal our feeling of guilt

It is not matter of faith or political conviction, this is a matter of conscience

What are you thinking right now that this is about?

A copy of any sad e-mail begging for stupid prayers and pale wishes?

Any chain of come-up ideas after a good drug doses killing neurons in exchange of a space trip?

Wonder yourself if you still keep that desire of perfection in what your doing

who you are trying to take care of with so much love

who you dedicate some much time to in your thoughts

And aftwerwards, look at your logic carefully and with honesty

and please tell us if in any of that worries is involved the care of our planet

of your culture, the education for the future, the man being murdered because of an insignificant penny

global warming, the respect for the nature, the love of your childhood, the enemy of your government,

the one who got you angry last week.

Do not waste your time, invest it in reflection, fight narrow-minded leaders with the effective practice of your rights

do not be a victim of religions or economic systems, be smarter than your weak feelings against others

and remember that we are just a little part of life but with an incredible opportunity to make a difference.

Just be you in a better way.
